From your main WizeHire dashboard, click 'Manage' to the right of the job you'd like to edit:

Click 'Edit job' from the drop-down menu:

You can also access the job edit wizard from right inside the job dashboard. Towards the top right of your screen, click 'Job Settings' then 'Edit Job':

Hooray! You've made it to the job edit wizard! 🎉  

There are 2 different types of ads:

  • Templated ads: SEO-friendly ad content, curated by the pros at WizeHire

  • Non-templated ads: Start from scratch with custom content of your own! Don't worry - Coaches will review and optimize ads for you 😄

Editing Templated Ads

First, choose which section of the ad you'd like to edit by clicking on the pencil icon:

Next, edit the content of the section you're in, and remember to hit 'Save' to continue:

Once you've completed editing any and all sections of your templated ad, please be sure to click on the green 'SAVE CHANGES' button before you go - and that's it! 🎉

Editing non-templated ads

From the editing screen, you can click directly into any section of the ad copy and edit the content directly:

For location or compensation changes, click the pencil icon to continue to those editing sections:

Note: You will need to check the disclaimer box before saving your edits.

Please be sure to click on the green 'SAVE CHANGES' button before you go - and you're done! 🎉 We'll review your recent edits and have your updated ad on the job boards in no time! 👌🏼
