We love celebrating the success of our customers! Our case studies highlight businesses that have achieved great hiring results with Wizehire, helping other companies learn from your journey.

If you’re interested in being featured, here’s what you can expect:


What to Expect

1. Initial Discussion

We’ll start with a quick case study questionnaire. Your answers to this form will help shape a 15 - 30 minute zoom call to learn more about your hiring journey. We want to hear about the challenges you faced before using Wizehire, how our platform helped, and the results you’ve seen.

2. Case Study Draft

Our team will write a first draft of your success story, highlighting key takeaways, statistics, and quotes from your experience.

3. Review & Approval

You’ll get to review the draft before anything is published. We’ll make adjustments as needed to ensure everything is accurate and aligns with your brand voice.

4. Final Publication & Promotion

Once you’ve approved it, your case study will be featured on Wizehire’s website and may be shared on our social media channels, in email campaigns, or through our sales materials.

5. Your Commitment

Participating is completely voluntary! We only ask that you:

  • Join a short recorded interview call

  • Approve the final content

  • Optionally share the published story with your own audience
