We get it. You don't have time for phone calls from applicants inside an already busy day. But it's been our experience that jobseekers are more apt to apply if they can do a little research and know who they are applying to. 

Try including a line in your post such as, 'Those who call or email will be removed from consideration.' This way jobseekers can still research who you are and are informed of your preferred application process.   

If they miss that line and reach out anyway, they've filtered themselves out of the running. Wizehire is all about filtering!
