We get it. You don't have time for phone calls from applicants inside an already busy day. But it's been our experience that candidates are more apt to apply if they can do a little research and know who they are applying to.
Try including a line in your ad such as, 'Those who call or email will be removed from consideration.' This way candidates can still research who you are and are informed of your preferred application process.
