Once your calendar is connected, you can control how candidates schedule interviews with you.

Set your availability, adjust timing preferences, and ensure candidates have the right details for each interview type.


Access your scheduling settings

  • Click your company name in the top right

  • Select Settings

  • Go to Interview Schedule

Set your availability

  • choose the days and times youโ€™re available

  • ensure your schedule reflects when you can take interviews

This allows candidates to select times that work for both of you.


Add interview details

  • include a video link for virtual interviews

  • include a location for in-person interviews

This ensures candidates know how to join or where to go.


Adjust additional scheduling settings

Click Additional Settings to update:

  • interview duration

  • time between events

  • how far in advance interviews can be scheduled

  • how many days into the future candidates can book


Save your changes

  • click Save to apply your updates
