We’ve made it easy for you to create customized interview guides in minutes. Here’s how to get started.
From your main dashboard, click Settings in the upper right-hand corner. On the left-hand side of the settings page, look for the Interview Guides tab.
Note: If you have active ‘additional company’ accounts, you will need to log in to them individually to add their custom interview guides.
Hit the green New Guide button on the upper right side of the screen.
Add new questions and order them the way you want - hit Save when you’re done!
When you’re ready to use your new custom guide, click on a candidate card in your job dashboard.
You can find your custom guides by opening the interview tab under Custom in the menu on the left.
To create another guide, just return to your Settings page to add a new one.
