Need to stop receiving new applicants?
You can close a job post in just a few clicks while still keeping access to your existing candidates.
Close a job post
From your dashboard, locate the job you want to close
Click Manage on the right side
Select Close Job
Click Close Job again on the confirmation page
Your job will be removed from job boards and will no longer receive new applications.
What happens when you close a job
your job is no longer visible on job boards
you will stop receiving new applicants
your existing candidates remain available in your dashboard
Important note
💡 Closing all job posts does not pause your account.
Reopen or create a new job
When you’re ready to hire again, you can:
reopen the job
or create a new job post
Common Questions
Will I lose my candidates if I close a job?
No. All applicants remain in your dashboard.
Can I reopen a job after closing it?
Yes. You can reopen it at any time.
Does closing a job pause my account?
No. Your account will remain active.
