Overview
Sponsoring a job post gives it more visibility on job boards like Monster and ZipRecruiter. Sponsored posts typically appear higher in search results, helping you attract more candidates, especially for competitive roles.
How to sponsor your post
You can sponsor from either your main dashboard or directly from the job dashboard.
From the Main Dashboard:
Log in to Wizehire where you'll begin on your main dashboard.
Choose the menu next to the job you wish to sponsor.
Click Increase Candidates.
From the Job Dashboard:
Open the job dashboard you’d like to promote.
Select Sponsor Job from the available options.
Choose a type and a tier
Select "All Board Boost" or "Indeed Direct"
All Board sponsorship goes to multiple major boards
Indeed Direct is sent solely to Indeed
Next select the sponsorship tier you want.
If you sponsor in the middle of a billing period (on Quickstart/monthly), you will only be charged the initial prorated fee for the rest of your current billing cycle.
Wizehire will handle distribution and optimization across job boards.
Tracking spend
Locate the Sponsorship column on your main dashboard.
Here you will see the sponsorship amount currently applied to each job.
In this example, $100 is on for All Boards and $300 is on for Indeed:
Billing & renewals
Sponsorship begins immediately after you click Pay Now and is prorated for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
Sponsorship automatically renews at the end of your billing period unless canceled.
Refunds aren’t issued for canceled sponsorships because funds are distributed to job boards upon creation. You’ll see this policy in-app before confirming.
How to cancel sponsorship
You can cancel at any time by:
Closing the job, or
Returning to the sponsorship page and clicking Cancel Sponsorship.
Any funds remaining will still be used, even if you cancel shortly after initiating sponsorship.
Refunds are unfeasible as funds are dispersed outside of Wizehire.
Tips to improve results
List competitive compensation - many candidates skip jobs without pay listed.
Add clear value propositions - time off, benefits, culture, etc.
Respond quickly to strong applicants - use automatic emails to get interviews booked fast.

Will sponsorship guarantee applicants?
No. Sponsorship increases visibility, but candidates still choose where to apply.
