We want billing to be as easy as possible to understand. That's why subscription fees and any other charges, like post sponsorship, can all be found on the same monthly invoice. On your settings page, click on Billing History to see your full billing history.
You can begin post sponsorship at any time during the month. Don't worry, we'll only charge you a prorated rate for the remainder of the month. The full $100-a-month sponsorship fee will start on your next billing cycle. Additionally, even during the prorated period, the ad will receive full benefits for the active duration.
NOTE: When you sponsor a post using our all boards option, you will continue to be automatically billed each month until you stop the post sponsorship. To cancel auto-renewal, navigate to your dashboard, click the three dots next to the job title, select “Manage Sponsorship,” and choose “Cancel Sponsorship.” Ensure cancellation is done at least one day before the billing date to avoid renewal.
Mid-Cycle Adjustments and Sponsorship Changes: Adjusting sponsorship amounts mid-cycle may result in lost funds already distributed to job boards. It is recommended to wait until the end of the billing period to make changes. Pausing a sponsored job mid-cycle does not retroactively change the charge applied at the start of the cycle. If you wish to increase sponsorship levels, you must cancel the current sponsorship and select a higher tier. Note that funds from the existing budget are non-refundable.
If you're using Indeed Direct sponsorship only, you will be charged once and must reapply the sponsorship the following month to continue, the charge is not recurring.
