Overview
Closed jobs don’t disappear. They stay on your dashboard so you can review, reuse, or reopen them anytime.
If you’re hiring for the same role again, you can reopen a job in just a few clicks.
Where to find closed job posts
From your main dashboard, go to Jobs and Candidates
Click the Closed Jobs tab
You’ll see a list of all your previously closed job posts.
How to reopen a job
Find the job you want to reopen
Click the 3 dots menu next to the job
Select Reopen job
From this menu, you can also:
view candidates
view the job post
💡 Helpful note: Your number of open jobs may be limited depending on your plan.
Before reopening a job
It’s a good idea to close the loop with previous applicants.
send a message to let candidates know the job was closed
use bulk messaging to notify all applicants at once

Common Questions
Do closed jobs get deleted?
No. Closed jobs remain on your dashboard under the Closed Jobs tab.
Can I reopen a job anytime?
Yes, as long as you have availability based on your plan.
Will my candidates still be there when I reopen a job?
Yes. You can still view candidates from the closed job.
