How do I send a bulk message to applicants?

Send a bulk email to multiple applicants at once to save time and keep communication consistent.

Overview

You can email several applicants at once using Wizehire’s bulk messaging tool. This is especially helpful for sending interview invites, follow-ups, or decline messages to groups of candidates at the same stage.

💡 Tip: Combine bulk messaging with your saved email templates for faster, consistent communication.


Send a bulk message

  • Open your job from the main dashboard.

  • Go to the stage (such as Qualified or Interviewing) where you’d like to send a message.

  • Hover in the gray area to the right of the stage title and check the box that appears to select all applicants in that stage.

  • Click the Email icon underneath the job title.

  • Click Select Template to use an existing message, or type out a one-time use message of your own.

  • Review your message and click Send Message to deliver it to all selected applicants.

Common Questions

Can I send attachments in a bulk message?
No. Attachments aren’t supported in bulk messages. Send individual emails if you need to include files.

Will candidates see each other’s names or email addresses?
No. Each candidate receives a separate email.

Can I use templates created by my main account?
Yes. If your company has a main account that shares inheritable templates, you’ll see them under Inherited from [Main Account Name] in your template list. You can copy and use those directly in your bulk messages.
