Overview
You can reset your password from the login page or change it from your account settings if you’re already logged in.
Both options only take a few steps.
Reset your password (if you’re logged out)
go to the Wizehire login page
click Forgot Password
enter your account email address
click Send Link
You’ll receive an email with a secure link to reset your password.
Change your password (if you’re logged in)
click your company name in the top right
select Settings
click About Me
Then:
enter your current password
enter your new password
click Change
When to use each option
use Reset password if you can’t log in
use Change password if you’re already logged in and want to update it
Common Questions
What if I don’t receive the reset email?
Check your spam or junk folder and confirm you entered the correct email address.
Can I change my password anytime?
Yes. You can update it at any time from your settings.
Is the reset link secure?
Yes. The link sent to your email is secure and time-sensitive.
