Step 1 — Add a new job
From your main Wizehire dashboard, click Add a New Job.
The job wizard will guide you step by step.
Step 2 — Enter job details
Job
Choose the category of your post (e.g., Administrative Assistant, Sales Manager).
Note: This is not your actual job title — you’ll edit the title on the next page.
Location
Enter a valid city/state or select “Remote.”
Compensation
This is a required field and must include a numerical value.
Wizehire Scout may suggest a competitive figure based on your area.
Screening Questions
Select suggested questions or search our bank for relevant ones.
These should represent hard requirements for the position.
Growth or Concierge clients can request custom questions.
Step 3 — Choose how to build your job ad
You’ll be prompted to select one of two options:

Use Smart Template

💡 Even if you choose From Scratch, AI support is always available with Generate buttons under each section (title, description, responsibilities, etc.).
Step 4 — Save or publish
Click Save for Later to save your draft.
Or click Submit Job to move forward with posting.

Can I edit a template job ad?
Yes! You can edit any section of the template before posting.
What if I’m not ready to post yet?
Save your job as a draft and return anytime from your main dashboard.
Do coaches review my job ad?
Yes. Every job ad is reviewed for clarity, SEO, and accuracy before going live.
Can I regenerate sections if I don’t like them?
Yes. Generate buttons appear under each section when posting from scratch, so you can regenerate or edit until it’s right.
