How LinkedIn posting works

  • Wizehire partners with LinkedIn to post your jobs

Advanced setup for LinkedIn integrations (Apply Connect)

This setup applies to customers using LinkedIn Recruiter, especially staffing teams.

⚠️ Important: Follow these steps carefully to avoid issues with job posting and duplicate listings.

Before enabling Automated Job Posting

  • Enable Apply Connect in your ATS first

  • Wait 24 hours for jobs to sync

  • Then enable Automated Job Posting in LinkedIn Recruiter

⚠️ Do not enable Automated Job Posting before Apply Connect is enabled

💡 Helpful note: The 24-hour wait ensures your jobs sync properly through the Apply Connect API.

If Automated Job Posting is already enabled

  • Enable Apply Connect in your ATS

  • Check that your ATS API source shows “Posting active” in LinkedIn

If connected:

  • you can close any manually posted jobs

  • this helps prevent duplicate postings

  • ensures all applications flow directly into Wizehire

💡 Helpful note: This setup is required for staffing customers and recommended for others using LinkedIn integrations.


If you already have a LinkedIn Company Page

  • go to Account Settings -- Company

  • enter your Company LinkedIn ID

  • save your changes

  • Return to Wizehire and enter your Company LinkedIn ID in Account Settings


Share your job on LinkedIn manually

If you want to share your job as a post on your LinkedIn Company Page:

  • open the job from your main Wizehire dashboard

  • click Job Settings

  • click Invite Candidates

  • click the blue LinkedIn icon

You’ll be directed to LinkedIn to share the job ad.
