Employees can refer candidates by sharing a job link through Wizehire, and referrals are automatically tracked in your dashboard.
Referred candidates are tagged, making it easy to identify who referred them and prioritize strong applicants.
Why employee referrals matter

more likely to stay long-term
This can lead to faster hiring and better retention.
How to refer a candidate
open the job you want to refer to
click Share job
select Refer someone
Then:
choose the employee name (from your team profiles)
enter the candidate’s email address
send the referral link
💡 Helpful note: If the employee isn’t listed, you may be prompted to add them as a team member first.
What happens next
The referred candidate will:
receive a link to apply
complete the application (resume, screening questions, DISC+)
Once submitted, they will appear in your job dashboard.

hover over the tag to see which employee referred them
view referral details in the candidate’s profile
