Overview
The Team option on your main dashboard shows personality insights for your team using the DISC+ assessment. You can compare applicants with your current team, understand communication styles, and also access key post-hire tools to get new hires onboarded quickly.
What You’ll Find in the Team Section
DISC Profiles - See each team member’s DISC profile (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Compliance).
Personality Fit - Compare applicants’ results with your current team to see how well they may work together.
Team Overview - View a summary of your entire team’s communication and work styles at a glance.
Post-Hire Tools
Click the Hiring Tools tab in the Team section to access onboarding resources:
E-sign Letters — Send customized offer letters to candidates you’d like to hire.
Payroll — Add new hires to Gusto to set up and manage payroll.
Tax Credit Savings — Check eligibility for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC).
Add and Manage Team Members
Automatic addition - Once you drag a candidate to the Hired column, they are automatically added to your Team page.
Manual addition - Click Add team member to add team members manually.
View by status - Switch between tabs to view Active team members, Recently hired team members, or Dismissed team members.

Common Questions
Who can see the Team section?
Admins and managers with account access.
Do applicants see the Team section?
No. This option is only visible to employers.
Can I add new team members to the Team section?
Yes. Team members are added automatically when a candidate is hired, and you can also click Add team member to add them manually.
Does the Team section replace coaching support?
No. It’s a tool to supplement your hiring process. Coaches are available to help interpret DISC results and onboarding tools.
