Overview

Personality Fit is a visual summary of how well a candidate aligns with your role based on their DISC+ assessment.

It helps you quickly understand whether a candidate’s behavioral traits and motivators match what success looks like in the role.

Where to find Personality Fit

  • open a job from your dashboard

  • select a candidate who completed DISC+

  • click the Personality tab

What you’ll see

Personality Fit is broken into two sections:

Behavioral qualities

  • shows how a candidate naturally works and communicates

  • displayed using bar graphs

  • compared against the ideal range for the role (highlighted)

Motivators

  • shows what drives the candidate

  • includes indicators for alignment with the role:

    • ✅ match

    • ❌ not a match

How to interpret the results

  • compare the candidate’s results to the highlighted ideal ranges

  • look for alignment across both behavioral qualities and motivators

💡 Helpful note: Not every factor is weighted equally. A candidate may still be considered a strong fit even if they are slightly outside the ideal range in some areas.
