Overview

Personality Fit is a score that shows how well a candidate aligns with your role based on their DISC+ assessment results.

It combines behavioral traits and motivators into one clear signal so you can quickly identify strong matches and make faster hiring decisions.

Where to find Personality Fit

  • open a candidate profile

  • click the Personality tab

This is where you’ll see both the score and a detailed breakdown.

What makes up the Personality Fit score

Personality Fit is calculated using two key components from the DISC+ assessment:

Behavioral qualities

  • how a candidate naturally works and communicates

  • compared against patterns of top performers in similar roles

Motivators

  • what drives and engages the candidate

  • compared to what typically leads to success in the role

How Wizehire calculates Personality Fit

Wizehire analyzes both behavioral qualities and motivators, then combines them into a single Personality Fit score.

This allows you to:

  • quickly compare candidates

  • identify strong matches early

  • reduce time spent reviewing unqualified applicants

💡 Helpful note: This score is designed to support decision-making, not replace it. Always consider experience, screening responses, and interviews as well.

How this impacts hiring decisions

Personality Fit is used throughout your hiring workflow to help you prioritize candidates:

  • appears in the Personality tab on each candidate

  • contributes to Talent Match insights

  • supports recommendations surfaced by Scout

This helps reduce second-guessing and keeps your hiring process focused and consistent.
