Overview

Want better insight into how your team works and where they’ll succeed?

Wizehire makes it easy to collect DISC+ profiles for both existing employees and new hires, helping you build a stronger, more aligned team.


Invite your team to complete DISC+

  • Go to the Team tab from your dashboard

  • Search for or Add Team Member

  • You can also add team members by dragging applicant's into the Hired column on your job dashboard(s)

  • Open the team member's profile

  • Go to the DISC profile tab

  • Click Invite to Take DISC


Review team profiles and insights

Once your team member has completed the DISC+ assessment, their results will live under the DISC profile tab.

From here, you can view:

Download team reports

  • Access downloadable reports from the Team dashboard

  • Access the Team insights tab

  • Use these insights to better understand team dynamics and performance
