Wizehire makes it easy to collect DISC+ profiles for both existing employees and new hires, helping you build a stronger, more aligned team.
Invite your team to complete DISC+
Go to the Team tab from your dashboard
Search for or Add Team Member
You can also add team members by dragging applicant's into the Hired column on your job dashboard(s)
Open the team member's profile
Go to the DISC profile tab
Click Invite to Take DISC
Review team profiles and insights
Once your team member has completed the DISC+ assessment, their results will live under the DISC profile tab.
From here, you can view:
behavioral traits (DISC+)
motivators (Values)
