Wizehire makes it easy to copy candidates between jobs using DISC+ insights, so you don’t lose strong applicants.
💡 Important: This can only be done after the candidate has completed their DISC+ assessment.
Copy a candidate to another job
Open the candidate’s profile from your job dashboard
Click the Personality tab
Scroll down to view how the candidate fits other open roles
Click Copy to Job next to the desired position
What happens next
the candidate will appear in the Applied stage of the new job
you can continue your hiring process from there

No. The candidate will remain in the original job as well.
