After you click on an applicant's name in your dashboard, click on the 'Personality' tab.
Scroll down on that page to see how that applicant fits into your other job postings. Click on 'COPY TO JOB' next to the job you want to copy the applicant to.
The applicant will show up in the 'Applied' column in that job's dashboard!
