Does Scout make hiring decisions for me?
No. Scout helps organize information and suggest next steps, but you stay in control of every hiring decision. You choose which candidates to review, contact, move forward, or disqualify.

Do candidates know when Scout is helping?
Candidates may receive automated messages or reminders powered by Scout, but Scout is designed to support your hiring process behind the scenes while keeping communication professional and timely.

Can I still edit Scout-generated content?
Yes. You can review and edit Scout-generated job post content, templates, and recommendations before using them.

Why don’t I see Scout in every part of my account?
