Why should I save highly-skilled candidates?
Future Role Fit: If a candidate shows potential for other roles that may open in the future, saving them ensures easy access for future hiring needs - like inviting them to apply to your other jobs!
Proactive Recruitment: Having a pre-qualified pool of candidates allows for quicker outreach when new job opportunities arise, reducing time-to-fill.

FAQs:
Q: What happens if a candidate updates their contact information after applying multiple times? A: If a candidate applies to your company multiple times (using the same email address), Wizehire will always use the most recent information they provided, including any updates to their name, phone number, or other contact details.
