How do I use Flex Markets to Expand or Adjust our Hiring Reach?

Learn how to use Flex Markets in Wizehire to add, swap, or deactivate hiring markets based on your needs.

Overview

Flex Markets lets you adjust where you’re hiring without being tied to a fixed set of locations.

This is especially helpful if your business hires across multiple regions or needs to shift hiring based on demand.

💡 Helpful note: Flex Markets is available on Growth and Concierge plans.


Access Flex Markets

Unnamed
  • Go to Settings

  • Click Flex Markets

💡 Helpful note: You must be logged into each additional account directly to manage its Flex Markets.


View your market usage

Unnamed
  • See how many markets are currently active

  • Click the arrow next to a market to view included locations


Add a new market

Unnamed
  • Click + Add New Market

  • Search by location name

  • Preview included locations

  • Click Add Subscription


Swap an active market

Unnamed
  • Click Swap next to an active market

  • Select the new market

  • Confirm the swap

💡 Helpful notes:

  • You can only swap once every 30 days

  • You cannot swap a market with an active job post

  • Your previous market will be saved under Saved Markets


Deactivate a market

Unnamed
  • Click X next to an active market to move it to Saved Markets

  • Click X next to a saved market to remove it permanently


Grandfathered markets

grandfathered.jpg
  • do not count toward your market limit

  • cannot be swapped or deactivated

Who can use Flex Markets?
Flex Markets is available on Growth and Concierge plans.

Can I swap markets anytime?
No. You must wait 30 days between swaps.

Why can’t I swap a market?
You cannot swap a market if there is an open job in that market.

What happens to a swapped market?
It is moved to Saved Markets so you can reuse it later.

Can I manage markets across multiple accounts?
Yes, but you must log into each additional account directly.
