How do I use Reports in Wizehire?

Growth & Concierge clients can track hiring performance and team activity using Wizehire’s Reports dashboard.

Overview

This dashboard helps you:

  • Track applicant flow and hires

  • Measure hiring efficiency

  • Monitor team activity

💡 Reports are standardized and cannot be customized at the account level.


Who can access Reports?

  • Available to Growth & Concierge clients only

  • Must be turned on per user (not account-wide)

  • Child users only see data for accounts they have access to

💡 If you’d like Reports added to your account, reach out to your Coach or Strategic Relationship Manager.

Where do I find Reports?

Once enabled, you’ll find Reports at the top of your dashboard.

  • Click Reports to open the dashboard view

  • Use filters at the top of the screen to narrow results by:

    • Job

    • Market

    • Company (multi-location accounts)

    • Time frame

How do I download Reports?

  • To download a single report, click the ellipses menu (⋮) in the top-right corner of the report.

  • To download the entire dashboard, click the download icon at the top-right of the Reports page.

  • Choose your file type when prompted.


Best Practices for Using Reports

  • Check weekly: Spot hiring trends and adjust postings or communication quickly.

  • Compare locations/roles: Use filters to see which jobs or markets are performing best.

  • Monitor team activity: Identify bottlenecks by reviewing last screening, interview, and login activity.

  • Download and share: Export reports to share with your team during hiring reviews or leadership meetings.

Common Questions

Can Reports be customized?
No. Reports are standardized across all accounts and cannot be customized at the user level.

Do all users on my account get Reports access automatically?
No. Reports must be turned on for each user individually.

What if I’d like additional reporting options?
Let your coach or Customer Success Manager know. We’ll pass the request along to our Product team, but we cannot guarantee changes.

How quickly do Reports update?
Reports update automatically as activity happens in your dashboard.
