If they do not schedule right away, Scout will also send an automated reminder to keep the process moving.

What the initial interview invitation looks like
When you invite a candidate to interview:
The message comes from your company through Wizehire
It clearly states that they’ve been selected to move forward
It includes a scheduling link so they can choose a time that works for them
It provides helpful context about what to expect

Once you click Send, the invitation is delivered immediately.
What happens if the candidate does not schedule
If the candidate does not book a time within ~24 hours, Scout automatically sends a reminder.
The reminder:
References the original interview invitation
Encourages them to schedule
Includes the same scheduling link
Keeps the tone polite and professional

Interview invitations send immediately after you click Send. At this time, there is no preview or edit screen before delivery.
Can I see the automatic reminder inside the message tab?
Automatic reminders do not currently appear in the candidate message thread.
