Overview

When you message a candidate through Wizehire, the email they receive looks professional and includes your name, company, and message exactly as you wrote it.

💡 Tip: Candidates can reply directly to your message, and their responses appear in your Messages tab inside Wizehire.


Candidate email appearance

  • Address: All messages route through postie@wizehiremail.com to protect your contact information.

  • Subject line: Uses the subject line from your message or email template.

  • Message content: Displays exactly as you wrote it, including any personalization fields or formatting.

  • Footer: Includes a “Sent via Wizehire” line so candidates know it came from your hiring team.
