Not unless you tell them!

We highly recommend you let applicants know they are not a good fit for your position. Keeping applicants wondering about their status could ultimately hurt your brand since they could one day be your customers.

Here's an easy way to reach out to applicants in your 'Disqualified' stage:

  • Hover in the grey area to the right of the 'Disqualified' title and select all applicants by checking the box that appears.

  • Click on the 'Email' icon that appears underneath the job title.

  • Click on 'Apply Template' and select our 'Default Rejection' template. Choose 'Manage templates' if you'd like to create your own.

  • Click 'Send Message' and viola! You're all set. The message will go out to the selected applicants. πŸ˜‰
