Talent Matches help hiring managers reconnect with top candidates from previous job posts.
When creating or managing a job, Scout surfaces Good and Great fit applicants from your company’s other (current or past) job postings who align with your open role. These recommendations make it easy to invite strong candidates to apply again to another job, directly from your Job Dashboard.
Access by plan
Access to Scout Talent Matches depends on your plan type:

Scout Talent Matches reflect your account structure.
Main account jobs receive matches from both main and additional accounts.
Additional account jobs receive matches only from their jobs.
If a main account user logs in as an additional account, they can invite main account applicants to apply.
Where to find Scout Talent Matches
Scout Talent Matches appear in two places:
When creating a job post:
Scout displays suggested past candidates when you create a new posting.
Clicking any Scout button opens your Job Dashboard and the Scout modal with all recommended matches.
On the Job Dashboard:
The top of your Job Dashboard includes a Talent Pool Matches button.
How to invite matched candidates
From the Scout modal:
Click the Scout Talent Pool Matches button to open your Talent Matches.
Review the list of recommended candidates.
Click Invite to Apply next to any candidate to send them an email invitation.
You can also:
Click a candidate’s name to open their Candidate Information page.
View contact details and jobs they’ve applied to in the past.
Click Invite to apply from the candidate’s profile.
What happens after you invite a candidate
The candidate receives an email invitation from team@wizehire.com with a link to apply for your open position.
If they’ve completed a DISC+ assessment in a previous application, their results automatically carry over to the new job post.
Once invited, they appear under the Invited to Apply tab in the Scout modal.
Common questions
Why don’t I see Scout Talent Matches on my Job Dashboard?
This feature must be turned on for your account and isn’t available for Quickstart clients. Chat with your Coach or SRM today for more information.
Can I invite candidates from another company in my organization?
Yes, Growth and Concierge clients can view and invite candidates from across all companies in their organization (Main + Additional accounts).
Do candidates need to retake DISC+?
No. If they’ve already completed a DISC+ assessment, their results automatically carry over to the new job post.
