We understand you’re busy and might not have time to look at every applicant right away.
So, we developed a tool that highlights great candidates based on your criteria and place them in a green “recommended” column on your job dashboard.
This column will appear next to the applied column after we identify great candidates we think you might be interested in.
If you see a recommended candidate that looks good, drag them into the “qualified” column.
Do I need a screening question for the recommended candidate column to appear?
The candidate needs to answer the screening question in a way that is deemed positive, and meets your set requirements.
Example: the candidate has relevant experience, or a certain degree or license they would need for your job

If you didn’t include a screening question, don’t worry! You can always add screening questions at any time for new candidates.
You can track our recommended best-fit candidates throughout your hiring process - look for the WizeHire leaf logo on their card.
