Why don’t I see the recommended column in my job dashboard?

The recommended column appears when we highlight candidates that are a great fit

When we identify a good fit based on our screening filters we place the candidate cards in the green recommended column on your job dashboard. But, you won't always see the recommended column for every job.

Why don't I see the recommended column on my job dashboard?

There are a few reasons why you may not see the recommended column on your job dashboard:

  1. The candidate needs to answer the screening question in a positive way that meets your requirements. Example: the candidate has relevant experience or a particular degree or license they would need for your job

  2. Each job is unique and has a different set of requirements that make a great candidate. Based on WizeHire's screening filters, we determine if a candidate is a "best-fit" and one that we recommend. If we don't identify any candidates, the column won't appear.

  3. Once the column appears in the job dashboard, it remains while the job is open. If the recommended column is empty, we'll place qualified candidates in the recommended column as we identify them, so you don't have to worry about missing out on great talent!
