Overview
Talent Match helps you quickly spot the strongest candidates for each role, without digging through every application. ✨
Using behavioral and qualification signals, Talent Match surfaces clear indicators of fit so you can focus your time on the right people sooner.
You’ll see Talent Match insights directly on candidate cards and within the candidate profile, even if a candidate has been moved out of the Recommended column.
How Talent Match works
Talent Match evaluates candidates based on multiple inputs to estimate alignment with the role, including:
DISC+ behavioral traits
Screening question responses related to skills and experience
These signals work together to highlight candidates who are most likely to succeed in the role.
💡 Talent Match supports early screening decisions. It does not replace interviews or hiring judgment.
