If you are on a Quickstart (month-to-month) plan and are not currently hiring, it's easy to pause your account! Follow along below to learn how.
Note: Quickstart customers can pause and reactivate their account 2 times and remain on that plan. Once reactivating a Quickstart account for the 3rd time, you will need a plan upgrade. Call us at (877) 225-8978 to discuss options!
How to Pause:
Navigate to your company name in the upper right corner of the main dashboard. Click on Settings.
Next, click Subscription. Then click Pause Plan.
After answering a few brief questions, your subscription will be put on hold until the end of your next billing cycle. That's it!
If you don't see the Pause Plan on your Subscription Page, drop down to the Account Tab and click on Pause Subscription:

You can still view applicants and closed posts after your subscription ends. Reactivate your subscription from your dashboard when you're ready to hire again.
