The Wizehire Inbox is a powerful feature designed to simplify and streamline communication between you and your candidates.

What is the Wizehire Inbox?

The Wizehire Inbox is a unified communication hub where all your interactions with candidates across various job postings are consolidated. Instead of navigating to each candidate’s profile to view messages, you can now manage all your correspondence from a single location. Here’s how it works and why it’s an essential tool for your hiring process.

How to Use the Wizehire Inbox

Accessing the Inbox

  • Location: You can access the Wizehire Inbox from both the main dashboard and the job dashboard. Look for the inbox icon at the top right, next to the referral icon.

  • Message Types: The inbox displays all messages, including both email and SMS. You can toggle between the two to manage your preferred communication method:

Viewing Messages

  • Company-Specific Messages: You'll only see messages associated with the company you’re logged into. Main account holders and their colleagues can view each other’s messages, but messages between main account holders and additional accounts remain separate.

  • Unread Messages: A purple arrow indicates messages that you haven’t responded to yet. This helps you quickly identify and prioritize your pending tasks.

  • Candidate Profiles: Clicking ‘View’ next to a candidate’s name will take you directly to their profile in the job dashboard, where you can manage the rest of the hiring process.

Additional Features

  • Email Templates: You can use pre-made email templates directly from the inbox, saving you time and ensuring consistent communication.

While the Wizehire Inbox is already a powerful tool, we’re continuously working on future improvements. Upcoming features may include the ability for main accounts to view additional account messages, advanced filtering and search capabilities, and more flexible notification settings.
