Some companies—like those in Financial Services or Disaster Relief—need the flexibility to hire across a wide range of markets without being tied to a set list of locations. With Flex Markets, you can now easily add, swap, or deactivate markets based on your evolving hiring needs.

🔧 Step 1: Access Flex Markets

📍Go to Settings → Flex Markets

➕ Step 3: Add a New Market

  • Click + Add New Market

  • Use the search bar to find a market by location name

  • Preview all locations in that market

  • Click Add Subscription to activate it

🔁 Step 4: Swap an Active Market

  • Click Swap next to a current market

  • Select the new market you'd like to activate

  • Confirm the swap

⏳ You can’t swap again for 30 days

📌 You can't swap a market that has a current open job post in it
💾 The old market will be saved in Saved Markets
