Overview
The Analysis tab gives you a full picture of candidate fit, all in one place. This replaces the previous Insights tab and opens by default when viewing any candidate’s profile.
💡 Tip: The Notes tab is still available for your internal comments, but the new Analysis tab provides a faster way to evaluate each candidate’s potential and relevance before messaging or scheduling interviews.
What you’ll find on the Analysis tab
The Analysis tab combines multiple tools and insights into one simplified view:
Summary: An AI-generated overview of the candidate’s fit, created from their screening question responses and resume details.
Example: “Candidate demonstrates strong customer service experience and is currently pursuing real estate licensure.”Scout-Identified Skills: Predicted competencies pulled directly from resume keywords and experience.
Scout will automatically highlight only certain resume-based competencies, including:Customer Service Experience
Time Zone

DISC+ Insights: A collapsible section offering quick behavioral context, helping you assess communication style, pace, and motivators.
