Overview
By default, DISC+ assessments are turned on for all jobs. However, Hiring Managers can turn DISC+ off or on for individual jobs during job creation or using job editing tools.

What Happens When DISC+ Is Turned Off?
When DISC+ is turned off:
The Personality tab is removed from the Candidate Profile
New candidates will not receive the DISC+ assessment
No new DISC+ results will be generated
Candidates who applied while DISC+ is turned off will not receive the assessment retroactively if it is turned back on later.
Common Questions
Is DISC+ on by default?
Yes. DISC+ is automatically enabled for all new jobs unless you manually turn it off.
Will past results disappear if I turn DISC+ off?
No. Past results are preserved. The Personality tab is simply hidden while DISC+ is off. If you turn it back on, existing results will reappear.
Will candidates who applied while DISC+ was off receive the assessment later?
No. DISC+ is not sent retroactively. Only new applicants after it is turned on will receive it.
Can I control DISC+ per job instead of for my whole account?
Yes. DISC+ can now be turned off or on for individual jobs without impacting other open roles.
