When you click on the Personality tab of an applicant, you can see the two measurements that make up their "Personality Fit" score.
Using the DISC+ assessment, we measure a candidate's:
Behavioral qualities: This will show how well their natural talents and skills match those of the job's top performers.
Motivators: This determines whether their motivations align with those of the role's top performers.
These profile results are combined by WizeHire into a single measurement we refer to as 'Personality Fit.'👆
