From your main WizeHire dashboard, click on 'Settings' in the top right under your name:

Click the 'Email Templates' tab:

Click 'Create Template':

Name your template and add your message content:

To send this template to all new applicants across all of your jobs, toggle the 'Send to all new applicants (your default automated email)' ON (it will turn green) and click 'Save'.

From the main Email Templates page, the template that will be sent to all new applicants will have a star icon ⭐️ associated with it, and will be located under 'Automated Email Templates':
