From your main WizeHire dashboard, click on 'Settings' in the top right under your name:
Click the 'Email Templates' tab:
Click 'Create New Template':
Name your template, give it a subject line, and add your content:
To send this template to all new applicants across all of your jobs, toggle the 'Send to all new applicants' on (it will turn green) and click 'Save'
From the Email Templates page, the template that will be sent to all new applicants will have a star icon associated with it, and will be located under 'Automated Email Templates':
