Overview

You can create a default automated email template that is sent to all new applicants across your jobs.

This helps you respond instantly, create a consistent candidate experience, and save time.


Create your email template

  • click your company name in the top right

  • select Settings

  • click Email Templates

  • select Create Template

Then:

  • enter a template name

  • write your message content


Set it as your default automated email

  • toggle Send to all new applicants (your default automated email) ON

  • click Save

This will automatically send your template to every new applicant across all jobs.


Confirm your template is active

  • go back to the Email Templates page

  • look for the ⭐ icon next to your template

This indicates it is your default automated email.
